When will I receive my order?
Processing times for each item are subject to change depending on the volume and time of the year. Please note the processing time is longer during holidays such as Mother's/Father's Day and Christmas. Processing is the time it takes to create your order and send it in to be placed in the printing and packing queue. Items will ship after the processing is complete.
Is there a guaranteed delivery date?
Unfortunately I cannot guarantee delivery on or before a date that you request with regular shipping. Due to the unpredictability of the post office, busier holiday seasons, weather, and other factors such as shortage of staff, having a concrete delivery date isn't feasible. Further, with the holiday season and unprecedented mail volumes being sent out, all shipping carriers are dealing with backlogs. Thank you for your patience and kindness during these busy times.
Can I send a note with my order?
Unfortunately at this time, notes cannot be sent out with orders. To simplify the handling process and ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner, only the shipping information is used for each order. Thank you for understanding.
How do I place an order?
Orders may be placed on our website by simply adding items to your cart and proceeding to check out.

What do I do if I haven't received my confirmation email?
Please check the junk or spam folders of your email. If it’s still no where to be seen, please email us.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards and PayPal.
How can I cancel or change/edit my order?
Please email us within 2 hours of placing your order so we can do our best to help. Unfortunately, requested changes will not be actioned once orders are shipped. Please note, we are not responsible for any address and order errors made by the customer.
I've received a faulty item. What do I do?
On the off chance that you receive a faulty item, please contact us and send a photo of the faulty item.
What if my item arrives damaged or is lost in transit?
We inspect every item before it is shipped out, therefore, we cannot accept any responsibility once it has left our warehouse and if your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged due to carrier carelessness.
